We are hiring an experienced BIM Modeler (HVAC, Fire & Plumbing) to support a major project at Hamad International Airport (HIA). The role involves developing detailed BIM models, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring high accuracy in system integration. This is a contract-based role with provided accommodation, food, and transportation.
Develop, update, and maintain BIM models for HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systems.
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure accurate system integration.
Perform clash detection and resolve technical conflicts.
Ensure models comply with project drawings and specifications.
Support the design and site team with model-related requirements.
Bachelors degree.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire & Plumbing modeling.
Experience with BIM tools (Revit preferred).
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
