We are looking for a professional BIM Modeler (Architectural + Structural) for an airport project at HIA. The role includes developing architectural and structural BIM models, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring accurate project representation.
Create BIM models for architectural and structural components.
Coordinate models with other trades and resolve clashes.
Update models based on site modifications and design changes.
Ensure compliance with BIM standards, codes, and project specs.
Maintain documentation and support design teams.
Bachelors degree.
Minimum 5 years of Architectural/Structural BIM experience.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
Contract: 3 Months (Extendable)
