Job Description

Just imagine creating the flow behind 10,000 LEGO® models each year. Then make it real.

As a Model Planner, you'll help bring clarity, rhythm, and focus to a busy team of Model Builders by balancing priorities, capacity, and delivery deadlines. Based within Portfolio Management, Enablement & Delivery, this role offers the chance to shape planning practices, improve visibility across workstreams, and help turn great ideas into physical LEGO® models that support future product experiences.

Play your part in our team succeeding

You'll join the Model Planning & Build team, where we create physical copies of the designers' models for portfolio development, novelty projects, campaigns, selling-in activities, and toy fairs. Together, we build, rebuild, and inspire through openness, trust, and collaboration, while continuously improving how we work and support one another.

The team is entering a period of change as new delivery flows are introduced across locations, creating opportunities to improve planning processes, strengthen team connections, and create even greater transparency around upcoming work.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create agile plans that balance workload, capacity, timelines, and delivery commitments.
  • Partner with Resource Planning, PMD Planning, and Model Builders to align priorities.
  • Develop clear sprint structures that help colleagues navigate changing demands confidently.
  • Shape improved planning processes that increase visibility and support sustainable workloads.
  • Support new delivery integrations while maintaining quality and on-time execution.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience coordinating detailed plans, deadlines, and priorities across collaborative teams.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Power BI to create meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of agile planning approaches and a continuous process improvement mindset.
  • Enjoy working closely with colleagues and turning feedback into practical action.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Scrum ways of working in planning or delivery environments.
  • Exposure to SAP PLM, LDD Pro, or product development planning activities.
