• Model Governance: Establish and maintain a robust framework for model governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, in line with internal policies and external standards (e.g., BSP Circulars).

• Model Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of all models, including development, validation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.

• Model Validation & Monitoring: Lead the independent validation of new and existing models, ensuring their accuracy, stability, and performance.

• Model Inventory & Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of all models, ensuring clear documentation of model purpose, methodology, assumptions, and limitations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data science, IT, business, and compliance teams to ensure models are effectively integrated, monitored, and understood by all stakeholders.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of model risk and validation analysts, fostering a culture of rigorous analysis and continuous improvement.
