Job Title: Model Home Attendant

Location: Mahogany Site – Manotick, Ontario

Employment Type: Part-Time, Hourly (Approx. 2–3 days/week)

Your Role on Our Team

As a Model Home Attendant at Minto, you will be the welcoming face of our Mahogany community. This part-time, hourly role is ideal for a student or someone seeking flexible weekend work. You’ll open and close model homes, greet visitors, answer basic questions, and help create a warm, professional experience for prospective homebuyers.

In This Role, You Will:

• Open and close the model homes according to established procedures.
• Welcome prospective homebuyers and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Tour visitors through model homes and highlight key community features.
• Answer basic questions about pricing, availability, and designs using provided information.
• Direct detailed sales inquiries to the Sales Team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the model homes.
• Track visitor activity and share feedback with the team.
• Report any maintenance or security concerns promptly.
• Provide occasional basic administrative or sales support.

Schedule: Weekend availability is required, with possible Monday shifts (office closed Thursday/Friday).

We Would Like You to Have:

• A friendly, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Confidence talking to visitors and answering questions.
• Dependability and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a welcoming environment.
• Availability for weekends and occasional Mondays.
• Reliable transportation to Mahogany community.
• Previous customer service/hospitality experience is an asset. Students are welcome!

Hiring pay rate: $20.00 per hour
