The Modality Sales Specialist has the opportunity to drive new business opportunities for AM&D International Markets (part of the Monitoring Cluster). In this role, you focus on the growth of the Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions (DCS) and ECG solutions (ePatch and Cardiologs) business in Italy, Israel and Greece (IIG). You create and implement this growth strategy, for which you work closely together with customers, our indirect channel partners and local market organizations. In this role, you also contribute to new go-to-market strategies. This means that you conduct analyses of health systems, market sizes, reimbursement landscapes, and competition.
As such, you drive multiple new business initiatives, gather marketing intelligence, drive projects, compose value propositions and create business models to assess the feasibility of these new opportunities. You feel challenged in a landscape of activities that ranges from conceptual thinking and financial analyses to hands-on deal-making with strategic business partners and customers. You act as an entrepreneur within a professional, innovative and well-reputed healthcare organization with virtually unlimited possibilities.
Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €43.420,00–€72.366,66. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for a sales incentive, with your rewards linked to your commercial KPI’s. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. Benefits include flexible/hybrid working, paid time-off, health and wellbeing benefits, diversity & inclusion initiatives and learning and development opportunities
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is a field role.
