MOD Sales Specialist (Strategic Accounts & Inside Sales)

Your main responsibilities

Drive MOD OIT growth and portfolio growth via MOD through proactive MOD sales campaigns / activities, lead strategic account capital planning efforts and develop relationships with strategic account managers and customers to increase our MOD OIT via our strategic account customer base.

Essential Function
1. MOD Sales Campaigns - Will serve as the primary driver of on and off portfolio MOD campaigns. Identify mod sales opportunities aligns with our Product Package offerings.
a. Enhance and increase data driven MOD sales campaigns - opportunity to focus on MOD Sales from HQ in markets without a MOD rep to increase volume so we can ultimately hire a local MOD rep and focus campaigns in districts based upon key market drivers and product offerings.
b. WIN MOD – primary driver of off-portfolio MOD growth strategy via lead generation provided to MOD and EI Reps.
c. Incoming Leads – manage incoming leads via online and other marketing campaigns.
2. Strategic Account / National MOD Bids - main point of contact and overall project manager for all strategic account or national modernization bids – helping to set pricing that aligns with SEC MOD’s overall growth strategy and negotiate contract terms and conditions.
a. Strategic Account Capital Planning – leverage our existing customer base and relationships with our strategic account customers to provide them comprehensive capital planners. Coordinate executive-level customer reviews and business planning meetings with SEC and Global Strategic Account Managers.
3. EI / MOD Collaboration – develop and implement best practices for EI and MOD to better collaborate and increase on-portfolio business development.
4. Collaborate with all stakeholders – serve as a bridge between marketing, customers and outside sales reps

What you bring

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline required
• Major: Marketing, Sales, Business, Project Management

Experience
• 3 to 7+ years of experience in sales
• 3 to 7+ years of experience in account management or business development experience
• Proficient in Microsoft platform / products
• Salesforce preferred

Travel expectations: 10-20%

Base Salary $90,300 - $112,900

The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
