JOB TITLE: Mock Passenger (No Experience Needed)

POSITION NUMBER: 2506-25-912348-MP12

POSITION LOCATION: Egg Harbor Township, NJ

POSITION TYPE: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

PAY RATE: $25.00 per hour

ANTICIPATED START DATE: Four to six weeks after candidate identification

TRAVEL: As required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position

ABOUT US: ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a part-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Atlantic City, NJ.

SCOPE OF WORK

The Mock Mock Passenger (MP) will participate in the testing and evaluation of screening and security systems. Tasks involve standing for extended periods and following scripted instructions. This role is highly confidential. Candidates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before receiving full job details

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fulfill all mandatory Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System (SHEMS) training requirements.
  • Adhere to safety protocols during all activities.
  • Wear assigned clothing or testing materials as needed (non-invasive, fully supervised).
  • Stand or pose for extended periods of time as part of structural evaluations.
  • Utilize training to test and evaluate established safety systems and procedures as instructed.
  • Prepare written monthly report of events and activities and submit to supervisor.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The following requirements must be met to be considered:

  • Must be a US citizen, 18 years or older and have a state or federal picture ID
  • Must be willing to sign consent form
  • Must be willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
  • Willingness/ability to obtain and abide by TSL safety training
  • Willingness/ability to be fully vaccinated and provide certification if requested
  • Willingness/ability to stand/pose repetitively and for extended periods of time during testing

Security Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to Public Trust Security Clearance

Language Skills:

The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
