This is a maternity cover contract (office/hybrid role- 4 days a week at Prague office with the option to work from home on Fridays)
Meaningful Work From Day One
The Global Mobility Specialist delivers day-to-day operational support to colleagues on assignment and also supports the coordination across external and internal stakeholders (HRBPs, vendors). This position provides our assignees with a high-standard, tailored service that is efficient, responsive, and cost-effective, all while providing a positive experience.
What You Can Expect
Serves as a point of contact for assignees, in both international and US domestic programs, supporting end-to-end coordination of cases and working closely with our third-party vendors and HR teams, ensuring smooth support and a great experience for all parties.
Maintains and updates all relevant documentation and platforms (Workday, Coupa, Vendor sites, and company internal sites)
Manages tasks associated with immigration, relocation, and B-F systems; assists in internal and external data audits.
Supports reviewing our policies and processes to ensure alignment with our Global Mobility program priorities and Brown-Forman’s overall People, Places & Communications Strategy.
Develops and maintains internal guidelines and resources to enhance the Global Mobility program, serving as a subject matter expert to advise HR colleagues on country-specific regulations and processes.
Provides detailed reporting and analysis to HR Leadership Team and Business Units; collates assignee costs, analytics, and accruals. Collaborates with Finance teams on comprehensive relocation cost management, including budget forecasting and variance analysis.
Ensures invoices and payments related to our program are processed accurately and efficiently.
Assists with benchmarks and researches mobility trends to ensure our programs are aligned with the external market. Also proactively monitors global immigration alerts and legislative changes, analyzes potential impacts on foreign national hiring, and ensures stakeholders are informed of relevant compliance updates.
What You Bring to the Table
Minimum two years of experience in Global Mobility or Human Resources functions, preferably facing employees and managing external vendor relationships.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Collaborative approach - connects work to others within the business to ensure relevance and effectiveness
Ability to manage complex, confidential information across multiple systems and collaborators
Ability to manage database reports using Google Sheets, Excel or similar tools to assist with plan design and plan administration
Knowledge and experience with relevant HR systems (HRIS)
