Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in all facets of the HEM Configuration and Depot process.
• Configure and deploy handheld products for customers, including devices from client, Samsung, Apple, and Zebra.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the lab, focusing on process enhancement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, and cost savings.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team setting.
• Be flexible to assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in configuring and repairing mobility devices or related equipment.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Knowledge of assistive technology and mobility device standards.
Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in configuring and repairing mobility devices or related equipment.
