CLGYJP00000549 Enterprise Mobility & Mobile Security Analyst

Duration: 10/01/2026 to 06/30/2027

We are seeking a temporary external contractor to provide specialized expertise and additional capacity to support key strategic mobility initiatives. The contractor will assist in the development and execution of processes to identify, assess, and manage mobile application risks, while helping ensure compliance with corporate policies, standards, security requirements, and audit recommendations.

The contractor will also support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM), and mobile security solutions. Responsibilities will include conducting technical assessments, performing testing and validation activities, configuring and maintaining policies, developing automation and reporting solutions, and providing technical recommendations to support enterprise decision-making.

In addition, the contractor may be required to support other enterprise mobility, mobile security, device management, reporting, analytics, and other initiatives and activities, as required, to meet business and operational objectives.

This role requires experience in enterprise mobility management, mobile security, mobile application governance, and analytics, with knowledge of technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Python, Power BI, and Azure OpenAI.

Essential Skills

1. Minimum Two (2) years' experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) platforms, preferably Microsoft Intune and Omnissa Workspace ONE.

2. Minimum five (5) years' experience developing and supporting Python scripts, preferably for automation, data analysis, device management, application evaluation, reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives.

3. Minimum two (2) years' experience developing Microsoft Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.

4. Minimum two (2) years' experience designing, developing, integrating, or leveraging Azure OpenAI and AI technologies to support mobile application analysis, risk assessments, compliance reviews, process automation, and operational decision-making.

Desired Skills

1. Experience working as a System Analyst and/or Telecommunications Specialist/Engineer.

2. Experience with large, complex telecommunications systems that include hardware, software, and documentation deliverables.

3. Experience with enterprise mobility, mobile security, and wireless technologies, including cellular, Wi-Fi, mobile application governance, and mobile threat/risk assessment.

4. Experience evaluating, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise mobility and mobile security solutions in large and complex organizations.

5. Experience supporting or leading large-scale mobile device deployments, device lifecycle management, and end-user mobility programs.

6. Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives and implementations.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Experience working in the public sector or other large, complex organizations is considered an asset.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Calgary, AB.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
