🌟 We’re Hiring: Mobilisation Manager

Fixed term contract until March 2027

Full time hours + on call every 7 weeks

Homebased with office and hospital site visits twice a month

ÂŁ35,000-ÂŁ40,000 per annum

Are you a proactive and solutions focused individual who enjoys building relationships ? We're looking for a Mobilisation Managerto join the team and work with hospital trusts to build and deliver on NHS contracts.

Acacium Group are a leading global healthcare delivery partner and we are hiring a Mobilisation Manager Part of Acacium Group, Xyla's clinical care team work with over 80 NHS trusts to deliver a range of clinical services in hospitals, the community or virtually. Our services include diagnostic, acute and virtual services – all of which are designed and delivered by senior NHS consultants and operational staff who ensure that national clinical guidelines and operational best practice guidance are met.

đź’ˇ About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Attend site visits and manage mobilisation meetings with NHS clients to support with the mobilisation of a diverse portfoilo of clinical insourcing services.

  • Ensure our contracts are fully staffed by engaging with healthcare workers and building out rotas, and collaborate with our compliance team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Support our clinical leadership team to manage any risks identified as part of the mobilisation process and ensure the timely reporting and investigation of any incidents.

  • Be responsible for tracking and forecasting sales, providing a weekly update with bridge analysis from the prior week to the Head of Mobilisation.

  • Actively promote other services across the organisation when interacting with our NHS clients.

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

  • Account management or project management background

  • A proven track record in building relationships with external customers and internal teams.

  • Experience within the healthcare sector.
