We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Lead to manage the mobilisation and workforce readiness function for a major FIFO project. This role will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end mobilisation of employees, contractors, and service providers, ensuring personnel arrive on site compliant, prepared, and aligned with project requirements. Working closely with Recruitment, HR, HSE, Site Services, Travel Providers, Contractors, and Project Management teams, you will play a critical role in supporting project ramp-up and ongoing workforce operations..

As the successful candidate you will:

  • Lead all workforce mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
  • Coordinate project entry requirements including medicals, inductions, licences, competencies, training, and site access.
  • Manage mobilisation systems, workforce data, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate FIFO travel, accommodation bookings, and transportation logistics.
  • Monitor contractor mobilisation compliance and workforce readiness.
  • Prepare mobilisation forecasts, reports, and workforce readiness dashboards.
  • Identify and resolve mobilisation issues affecting project delivery.
  • Facilitate contractor onboarding and workforce readiness meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement of mobilisation processes and systems

You will bring to this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in workforce mobilisation, workforce planning, site services, or project coordination.
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale FIFO construction, mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of workforce compliance requirements and onboarding processes.
  • Experience using workforce management and mobilisation systems.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment
