Your Opportunity

Primero is currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, Perth-based 8:6 Roster. This position will be based out of our Brand New CBD Office and serving as a Back-to-Back for another Mobilisation Coordinator, providing 7-day-a-week mobilisation coverage to our projects between the 2 team-members.

In this role you will be responsible for adhering to the Primero and client mobilisation processes, ensuring Primero personnel and contractors are mobilised to site in a compliant manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

What You ‘Can Do’

• 2+ years mobilisation experience (ideally in the engineering or resources sectors).
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including excel.
• Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A personalised customer service approach applying it to your colleagues and candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team focused and able to contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
