The Company:

Recorra is a leading circular economy company, providing services for recycling, data destruction and office supplies in London and the South East. We are born environmentalists, formed by Friends of the Earth in 1988 and now operating as an independent commercial organisation.

We are an ethical and fast-growing company with a team of exceptional people and are looking for someone to join us during an exciting period of change and growth. The role provides the opportunity for you to use your skills to make a difference within a friendly, dynamic and forward-thinking company. The culture is energetic, and there will be many opportunities for you to make a substantial contribution to the business.

The Role:

We’re looking for an organised and commercially minded individual to join our Mobilisation Team, responsible for onboarding new clients and coordinating the journey from signed contract to successful service delivery.

Working between our Sales and Account Management teams, you’ll take ownership of new customers once their contract has been signed, coordinating the mobilisation process and ensuring key actions, deadlines and milestones are met before the customer moves into ongoing account management.

This is a busy and varied role combining client communication, project coordination and commercial administration, requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Create customer accounts and complete set-up details
  • Take part in client meetings alongside sales reps & account managers
  • Liaise with various internal departments to make sure tasks are completed in line with the mobilisation plan
  • Troubleshoot any mobilisation issues during the initial stage of the contract directly with the customer
  • Carrying out regular reviews of progress across all key mobilisations
  • Report on success of mobilisation to management
  • Provide cover for account demobilisation as required
  • Assist on projects to improve the workflow, accuracy and efficiency of existing and future Mobilisation processes

About you:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing, account management, project coordination, administrator or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities at the same time
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable building relationships with customers and working across different internal departments
  • A proactive problem solver who can identify issues, take ownership and help keep projects moving forward
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a structured and accurate approach to administration and customer account set-up
  • Commercially minded and able to understand customer requirements while balancing operational and business needs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the flexibility to adapt when priorities change

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours
  • 22 days' annual leave (additional days for length of service) plus bank holidays
  • Employee pension scheme
  • Travel season ticket loan
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Health Cash Plan
  • Charity volunteering opportunities and social activities
  • Free breakfast
  • Monthly massages
  • Dog friendly office
