We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team. Based in Karratha, this role plays an integral part in supporting Yurra Group’s Civil and Rail function. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
The role:
As the Mobilisation Officer, you will be the go-to person responsible for coordinating all aspects of mobilisation, including assisting in onboarding new employees and contractors, booking travel and accommodation, and ensuring compliance with client site entry requirements. This role is vital to the smooth and timely deployment of teams to our civil project sites.
You will be responsible for the following:
• Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation of civil team personnel to project sites
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors to meet mobilisation timelines
• Book and manage flights, accommodation
• Ensure all documentation and site entry requirements (e.g., inductions, medicals, police clearances) are completed
• Maintain accurate mobilisation records and trackers in line with project and client needs
• Support new starter onboarding and pre-employment processes
• Communicate regularly with workers regarding mobilisation schedules and updates
• Assist with general administrative support and reporting as required
About you:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and takes pride in ensuring that all the moving parts of mobilisation come together smoothly.
You will have:
• Previous experience in a mobilisation, HR, or site admin support role (civil project experience highly regarded)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• A commitment to cultural respect and community values
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
