Mobilisation Coordinator -267015
UGL is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to support a Tier 1 Oil & Gas Turnaround (TAR) program in Perth. This is a fixed‑term, project‑based role commencing early May 2026 for approximately 6 months, with the potential to transition to a permanent opportunity subject to ongoing project demand and business needs.
You’ll be Perth CBD‑based within the client office environment and play a key role in mobilisation, compliance readiness and reporting across event phases.
Location: Perth CBD (client office).
Start: Early May 2026 | End: ~October 2026 (project based).
Pattern: Standard 5/2, with 9‑day fortnight flexibility by agreement. During peak TAR phases, hours may increase (incl. some weekends) to meet delivery needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobilisation & compliance: Coordinate pre‑employment medicals, training and site inductions; verify competencies/tickets to ensure personnel are “mobilisation ready.” Maintain records in MyPass and client systems.
Reporting & systems: Maintain mobilisation tracking and compliance readiness reporting; support timewriting via Track’em; work with client platforms (e.g., Da Winci) and have Power BI exposure for status updates.
Scheduling & coordination: Assist with roster inputs/updates and readiness tracking; coordinate demobilisation reporting during later phases; communicate arrival details clearly to incoming personnel.
Stakeholder interface: Operate confidently in a client‑embedded setting alongside scope owners, recruiters and site leadership to meet timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in mobilisation/compliance coordination within Oil & Gas / LNG / shutdown or TAR environments.
Working knowledge of MyPass and familiarity with client mobilising/reporting tools (Track’em; exposure to Da Winci/Power BI highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication; ability to balance competing priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
