About the role

We're looking for a Mobiles Performance Coordinator to help drive the performance, growth and ongoing success of our mobile donor centre network within their allocated territory.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines performance analysis, stakeholder engagement, planning and operational coordination. You'll coordinate mobile donor centre operations across your designated territory, supporting the delivery of collection targets and contributing to Lifeblood's network growth plans. You'll oversee planning, performance monitoring and stakeholder engagement activities that ensure our mobile donor centres operate efficiently and deliver positive donor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the performance and operation of mobile donor centres across your allocated territory.
• Execute state-based mobile collection plans and identify opportunities for growth and improved site efficiency.
• Monitor performance outcomes and use insights, trends and KPI data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate performance discussions and stakeholder meetings to support achievement of collection, growth and cost targets.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, venue hosts, contractors and community stakeholders to support successful mobile operations.
• Manage transport and logistics contractor relationships, ensuring service expectations and agreements are met.
• Support the planning and readiness of new and existing mobile donor centre locations.
• Identify operational risks and contribute to a safe, compliant and high-quality operating environment.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and using data to improve performance. You'll bring a balance of planning, stakeholder management and operational coordination skills, together with a genuine passion for delivering outcomes for the community.

You'll also bring:

• Experience in logistics, planning, project management, event management or a similar coordination-focused role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders
• A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering positive experiences
• A driver's licence to be able to visit sites (Lifeblood will reimburse of your fuel)
• Experience analysing performance data, reporting on KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
• Confidence working collaboratively across multiple teams to achieve shared goals
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability, with the ability to take ownership of outcomes and follow through on commitments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and identify practical solutions
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to respectfully challenge existing ways of working.
