Job Description

  1. Membangun business model dan way of working akusisi nasabah melalui channel mobile acquisition dan meningkatkan engagement nasabah melalui layanan virtual advisory.
  2. Membangun dan menjalankan strategi akusisi nasabah melalui channel mobile acquisition dan meningkatkan engagement nasabah melalui layanan virtual advisory.
  3. Membangun dan menjalankan journey akusisi nasabah melalui channel mobile acquisition dan engagement nasabah melalui layanan virtual advisory.
  4. Melalukan review dan monitoring pencapaian target bisnis mobile acquisition dan virtual advisory.
  5. Menetapkan KPI team mobile acquisition dan virtual advisory.
  6. Melakukan pengelolaan prosedur, kebijakan, mekanisme dan pelaksanaan teknis non branch channel.
  7. Memastikan data leads nasabah untuk dapat difollow up oleh team virtual advisory.
  8. Memastikan fullfilment program, hadiah, marketing collateral dan pendukung lainnya untuk mendukung bisnis MA & VA.

Job Qualification :

  • Lulusan S1 dari berbagai jurusan
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di perbankan di bidang sales, marketing, dan services
  • Penempatan di Kantor OCBC Tower, Jakarta
