General Purpose
The Mobile Trainer will facilitate training for new employees and the retail front line staff. They will aide in the development of training programs that will translate into the development of internal staff and create a competent and engaged workforce. This position will travel across all Regions as needed.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, filing cabinets, and multifunction printers.
May include prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. May include some evening hours. The Training Facilities hours are typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday. Travel to all Training Facilities and bank locations will be required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. May spend significant time doing computer work. Physical demands of standing for long periods of time, good eyesight and hand/finger dexterity, and ability to remain calm and professional with upset customers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee also may have to lift up to 50 pounds. Repetitive motion likely. Travel to all Alpine Bank Training Facilities and locations is required.
