Salary: R10 000.00 CTC per month + R2 000.00 Fuel Allowance
Valid driver's licence and Own reliable vehicle for travelling to dealerships and
customer locations.
Our client is looking for a reliable, motivated and customer-focused Mobile Technician to join its growing business in Krugersdorp. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a basic understanding of cars who enjoys working with people and is keen to develop their skills in a specialised automotive service. The successful candidate will work with various car dealerships in and around Krugersdorp, providing hydrogen carbon-cleaning services that help improve engine performance and support reduced emissions. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, along with the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives and grow within an expanding, environmentally conscious industry.

Matric (Grade 12).
Must reside in or around Krugersdorp, Gauteng.
Basic knowledge of cars and vehicle engines.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, well-presented and well-spoken.
Reliable, punctual and able to manage appointments independently.
Sober habits.
Contactable references.
Previous sales experience.
Experience in customer service, the automotive industry or a mobile-service
environment.
A genuine interest in cars and vehicle technology.
Travel to various car dealerships and customer locations in and around Krugersdorp using your own reliable vehicle.
Perform hydrogen carbon-cleaning services in accordance with company training, procedures and safety requirements.
Plan and manage appointments effectively, ensuring punctuality and efficient time management.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, services performed and work completed.
Explain the carbon-cleaning process to customers and ensure a professional customer experience.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with Service Managers, Service Advisors, Dealer Principals and other dealership personnel.
Represent Precision Carbon Cleaning professionally and contribute to customer satisfaction, repeat business and business growth.
Take proper care of company equipment and report any faults, damage or concerns promptly.
Follow instructions, communicate progress updates and report on completed work.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company service standards at all times.
