PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Mobile Staging Team Leader (Team Leader) assists and provides oversight and assignments to safely load, unload, and clean equipment for daily operational use. The Team Leader maintains a clean, organized, well-stocked, and clutter-free work area, as well as manages equipment, assists in cost control, prioritizes tasks, and completes assignments in a timely manner. Additionally, this position assists with audits, FDA, or any other entity requesting inspection or observation of Carter BloodCare (CBC) operations.
The Team Leader assists with ongoing, on-the-job development and/or training (as required), kit assembly, document control, ordering of supplies, and enforcing Mobile Staging guidelines. A valid Texas driver’s license and an acceptable driving record (as specified in the current Vehicle Loss Control Guide) are required, including a Commercial Driver’s License.
This position must be available to float to other areas of the department and work any shift, including evenings and weekends. Regular, full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years of work experience
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
Warehouse experience, preferred
CDL, required
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Detail-oriented regarding document review (e.g., completeness, accuracy, written legibly) and the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
Ability to read, understand, communicate, and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information with an emphasis on departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ability to communicate with coworkers and peers using basic software applications/computers, or other electronic devices
Ability to focus on safety, compliance, and quality
Ability to learn and use problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, encourage, and motivate others
