About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be integral in providing after-sales service for aerial work platforms(AWP). This role involves offering technical support, troubleshooting, machinery repairs, processing warranty claims, and providing training.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
2. Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations.
3. Deliver technical product support to Dingli employees and customers.
4. Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
5. Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for Dingli products and services.
6. Pursue ongoing skill development and maintain relevant certifications to enhance job performance.

Requirements

• Technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a service technician role, preferably in mechanical or related industries.
• Have experience in electrical and hydraulic repairs.
• Strong understanding of customer relations and dynamic requirements.
• Understanding of the equipment rental sector is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
• Good general fitness and willingness to undergo a pre-employment physical examination
