Mobile Service Coach (Field Performance)

Location: Cleaveland, OH

Salary: $80,000 - 87,000/year + Bonus + Monthly Vehicle Allowance

Field Based | Travel up to 85% (including overnight stays as needed

Ability to work from a home office or remote location when not traveling

Program Overview

MSX International is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Mobile Service Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a Dealer Performance Coach, responsible for launching, training, and sustaining Mobile Service Programs across assigned dealerships. You will coach dealership personnel, train technicians, and drive performance improvements to ensure successful mobile service operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert and primary contact for Mobile Service operations at assigned dealerships.
  • Train dealership technicians on Mobile Service vehicle functionality and operational procedures.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and kick-off meetings to develop dealership-specific business plans.
  • Ensure timely readiness and launch of Mobile Service vans upon delivery.
  • Conduct launch events and align dealership teams on business goals and technician training.
  • Plan and execute tailored onsite sustainment visits focused on business development and performance improvement.
  • Develop and implement action plans to exceed program goals, emphasizing service process optimization.
  • Share best practices and success drivers across the dealer network.
  • Monitor and coach dealership Mobile Service personnel to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Document visit outcomes and create actionable summaries for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  • Proven experience in dealership operations, field coaching, or OEM programs.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel daily and adapt to various dealership environments.
  • Experience managing assigned territories or regions independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to analyze dealership financials and operational data to drive performance.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and access Mobile Service Vans during training.
  • Comfortable standing or walking on hard surfaces for extended periods.
  • Ability to influence dealership personnel and implement effective performance metrics.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $80k to $87k based on current experience.
