Title – Mobile Security Supervisor
Pay Rate – £16.42
Location – London
Shift Timings – 4 on 4 off. Days and Nights needs to be flexible
Note : They must have a clean driving license
Subject to internal approval a company vehicle will be provided #

Your main responsibilities may include:
• Ensure familiarity with the Company Handbook, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure familiarity of all relevant legislation required for the role i.e., DSE, GDPR etc.
• Liaise with the Control Room on a day-to-day basis to discuss operational requirements.
• Carry out duties and always requested tasks effectively and professionally.
• Ensure that you and the teams have timely arrival prior to shift commencement to ensure a thorough handover/takeover of duties on post.
• Support the control room and operations managers where required to ensure that all colleagues are scheduled, and any gaps are covered.
• To understand and comply with the Statutory Disciplinary and Grievance procedures and HR policies and conduct disciplinary Investigations and attend
grievance hearings where appropriate.
• Complete a reasonable management / client request in a timely manner.
