What You Will Do

• Own and drive mobile engineering initiatives, taking significant responsibility for architecture, implementation, and quality of the React Native codebase.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team in a fast-paced startup environment, iterating rapidly and incorporating feedback to ensure top-tier quality.
• Contribute to key technical decisions, shaping the mobile experience as the product evolves.
• Communicate proactively and clearly, facilitating efficient cross-functional collaboration.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in an early-stage environment while maintaining a high standard of work.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience, ideally with a strong background in startups and a proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile products.
• Proficient in React Native or have strong iOS experience with a willingness to transition to React Native.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Python, C++, or Rust, with the ability to build end-to-end workflows and performance-critical systems.
• Experience working in high-velocity startup settings, demonstrating speed and autonomy in shipping and iterating on products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for integrating feedback and maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with cross-platform mobile development using React Native.
• A passion for building AI-powered tools for users who may not be digital natives, prioritizing usability and user workflows.

Compensation and Benefits
