As Mobile Product Specialist , you will identify, develop and close strategic enterprise opportunities to drive revenue, profitability and market share growth.

You will work closely with customers and internal solution teams to deliver relevant mobility and communications solutions, strengthen long-term relationships and provide a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Driving new customer acquisition, winning back competitor accounts and growing customer expenditure through upselling and cross-selling.
• Selling a broad portfolio of enterprise solutions, including B2B and B2C mobility, IoT connectivity, voice and IDD, unified communications, communications platforms and mobility managed services.
• Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels to support revenue growth, customer retention and long-term account development.
• Understanding customers’ evolving communication and technology needs through regular engagement and strategic account planning.
• Identifying new business opportunities and areas of collaboration that create value for both Singtel and its customers.
• Partnering with Solution Managers, Product Managers and account teams to develop relevant, differentiated and cost-effective solutions.
• Providing customers with a seamless one-stop experience for Singtel’s mobility and communications services.
• Managing opportunities through the sales cycle, from qualification and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
• Supporting pre-sales and post-sales enquiries, order fulfilment, commercial documentation and customer follow-ups in a timely manner.
• Executing account plans, product go-to-market initiatives and sales strategies together with the wider account team.
• Monitoring market developments, competitor activity, technology trends and new services, and sharing actionable insights with Sales and Product teams.
• Ensuring all sales activities, customer dealings and commercial documents are properly recorded and archived.
• Taking ownership of tasks and priorities assigned by the Head of Sales or Team Lead.

Skills for Success:

• Degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
• Experience in telecommunications or ICT sales is an advantage.
• Experience selling unified communications, CPaaS, mobility, IoT or managed services solutions is preferred.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers, grow existing accounts and close enterprise contracts.
• Strong understanding of IT and telecommunications solutions.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong presentation, proposal writing, negotiation and reporting skills.
• Self-driven, energetic, resourceful and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across internal teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify customer needs and shape relevant solutions.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
