We're looking for an experienced Mobile Plant Supervisor to join our Major Projects team and play a key role in delivering mobile and onsite concrete plant solutions across major infrastructure and construction projects.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Mobile Concrete Plant Manager, you will be responsible for deploying and managing mobile and onsite concrete batching plants across major projects, ensuring safe, efficient and cost-effective operations while delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers. The role requires regular travel and working away from home to support projects across Queensland and interstate when required.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate contractors, oversee plant mobilisation and commissioning activities, drive operational excellence and champion Boral's commitment to safety and performance.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver mobile and onsite concrete plant solutions safely, on time and within budget.
• Design and implement onsite/mobile concrete plant solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors throughout project delivery.
• Commission new mobile concrete plants and train operational staff.
• Oversee plant maintenance and ensure compliance with all operational requirements.
• Drive a strong safety culture and support Boral's commitment to Zero Harm.
• Monitor performance against budgets, KPIs and project objectives.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Experience managing contractors within construction, industrial or heavy industry environments.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Previous experience operating, mobilising or managing mobile concrete batching plants.
• Strong understanding of concrete batching operations and plant maintenance.
• Knowledge of crane operations and transport requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Sound computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working at Heights, Forklift, EWP or other relevant plant and equipment tickets.
