This is a great opportunity for a experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our team working on the Fortescue Decarbonisation project located at Eliwana. Civmec’s scope covers procurement, construction, installation, verification, and commissioning of three main facility groups:

1. Light Mobile Equipment (LME) Charger Facilities

2. Support Mobile Equipment (SME) Charger Facilities

3. Pit Power (PP) Facilities

Kicking off in Mid-January 2026 this Project offers a 2:1 roster from Perth Airport. This role operates a CAT 140 grader to deliver high quality final trim work

The Role

Reporting to the Leading Hand/Supervisor your key responsibilities are:

  • Operate CAT 140 grader for final trim to tight tolerances using GPS
  • Work closely with survey and site supervisors to achieve required levels
  • Perform daily machine checks and maintain equipment in good condition
  • Support general civil works as required and uphold site safety standards
  • Follow quality control systems and techniques
  • Housekeeping
  • Perform other general duties as required

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Proven experience as a final trim grader operator (GPS experience a must)
  • Strong understanding of civil construction and finishing requirements
  • Reliable, safety focused, and able to work well within a team
  • Grader Operator Ticket/Training
  • Nationally recognised Construction Safety Awareness Card (White Card)
  • Previous construction experience
  • Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.
