The Salvation Army Mission: The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an

Primary Purpose: Lee County, Iowa is one of the highest food insecure counties in
Iowa. During the school year children are fed at school with breakfast and lunch, however, in
the summer many children go without proper nutrition. Working in conjunction with the Keokuk
School District, The Salvation Army provides a meal per day to children throughout Lee County
who are not able to walk to the school for a free summer lunch.

Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Working Conditions: The majority of the workday will be outdoors to serve food to children
and may be exposed to varying weather conditions and noise levels that are low to moderate.
