Title: Mobile Mechanic

Location: Northern California (based in Vacaville)

We are looking for a mechanic to service and maintain our fleet of forklifts, reach lifts and other equipment. This is a full-time position based in Vacaville, however, this position will travel where our equipment needs you (throughout Northern California).

Job Responsibilities

• Travel to locations to perform on-site routine maintenance.
• Communicate effectively, providing detailed breakdowns of service requirements and costs.
• Mechanic tasks may entail oil changes, filter replacements, etc.
• Maintain the company's equipment and van, keeping it in excellent working condition and cleanliness.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions to management. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to perform physical tasks, like lifting heavy equipment or working in uncomfortable positions for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel independently.
• The ability to explain complex mechanical issues in layman's terms.
• A problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail.
