What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of personal trainers
• Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
• Design and deliver personalized and small-group training sessions
• Monitor client progress and maintain high training standards
• Support sales goals and help convert prospective clients into active members
• Facilitate trainer development, workshops, and team meetings
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach activities
• Represent GYMGUYZ's core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE)

What We're Looking For

• Certified Personal Trainer through an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization
• Current CPR/AED certification
• At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven ability to deliver client results and mentor other trainers
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to manage training and client information

Our hiring process is simple and straightforward:
