As the Engineering Manager in a new domain focused on launching and scaling a new product, you’ll operate at the intersection of technical leadership and people development. You’ll guide a cross-functional team spanning frontend engineering, shaping the technology that powers dynamic, real-time interactive experiences. This is a technical leadership role that blends architectural ownership with people leadership and delivery excellence.

The base salary range for this role is 180,000 - 230,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award. *Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country of residence.
