Stipend: INR 25 - 40k per month, plus stipend raise every 6 months as per performance.
Tenure: 4 to 6+ months
Location: Remote / Bengaluru (Preferred)

What we are looking for::

• Prior internships in React Native is a must (atleast 4+ months)
• Have previously built high quality mobile apps on production in React native.
• Solid understanding of JS/TS, SOLID principles and code quality.
• Can build amazing UI layouts and smooth animations.
• Good understanding of native Android development - writing work bridges, etc.
• Bonus - if you have worked on push notifications, persistent notifications, widgets, Meta ad integration.
• Bonus - if you have worked on personalisation/ gamification based apps.
• Bonus: Basic software engineering - postgreSQL, understanding of rate limiting, basics of security.

🔵 Note: This is a full-time internship. Flexibility is there only if you have a some classes per week. If your college schedule is not convenient, come in touch next semester.

Interview Process

Your resume will be short listed as per your skills and prior internships. After this, an introductory call will be set.

Introductory call (20 min) - We will discuss your work in detail. You can ask relevant questions. Depending upon the depth of skillset, the next steps will be discussed.

Round 1: Assignment, 2 to 4 days. This is to evaluate how well your can build mobile app and creatively.

Round 2, F2F (Optional), 1hr. This round is for fundamental programming and understanding of mobile engineering. Will be skipped if you can build a great app in assignment.
