Help shape the future of travel by building digital experiences used by millions. As a Mobile Engineer (iOS), you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality mobile journeys that connect people across Aotearoa and the world.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and enhance iOS applications across Apple platforms, delivering features used at scale by millions of customers
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences
  • Improve app performance, reliability, and maintainability through thoughtful engineering and continuous optimisation
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure a high-quality user experience
  • Contribute to backend-for-frontend development to support efficient mobile integration
  • Stay current with Apple technologies and best practices, bringing fresh ideas into the team
  • Participate in technical discussions and architecture decisions, growing your influence over time

What we’re looking for

  • At least 2+ years' experience in iOS development, ideally in a commercial environment
  • Strong capability in Swift and SwiftUI, with a focus on clean, maintainable code
  • Exposure to backend-for-frontend patterns and cloud platforms such as AWS is an advantage, not essential
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, or a willingness to learn and apply them
  • Understanding of mobile design patterns and Apple UI guidelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
