We are seeking Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialists for various departments throughout our organization

Salary range is based on qualifications, experience, budget, and internal equity.

General Responsibilities for Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist:

• Provide peer support services to consumers with behavioral health issues, substance abuse, and/or intellectual disabilities
• Function as a role model to peers
• Exhibit competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills, serve as a consumer advocate, and provide consumer information and peer support for consumers in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Assist and guide consumers toward achievement of specific goals identified by the consumer and specified in the Individual Service Plan (ISP)

Qualifications and Skills for Mobile Crisis Peer Support Specialist:

• Be a certified Peer Recovery Specialist or gain certification within the first 3 months of hire
• Must have lived behavior health experience
• Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable DMV record
• Experience in using various computer software applications and/or Electronic Health Record
