Location: West Yorkshire - This is a mobile role that requires daily travel to multiple locations to complete assigned duties. A company vehicle will be provided and will be kept at the base location unless alternative arrangements are agreed.


Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Where you fit in:


As our Mobile Cleaning & Sanitary Technician you will:

  • Carry out the sweeping and mopping of hard floor areas, ensuring all spaces are clean, safe, and presentable.
  • Vacuum carpeted areas to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises.
  • Wipe down and sanitise surfaces, including desks, counters, and communal areas.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of toilet facilities, ensuring hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Clean and maintain washroom appliances, such as soap dispensers, hand dryers, and other fixtures.
  • Order, replenish, and monitor stock levels of consumables including soap, toilet rolls, hand towels, and relevant cleaning products.
  • Respond to ad hoc cleaning or facilities-related requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Empty sanitary waste bins and ensure correct disposal in line with hygiene and safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to cleaning activities and stock levels.
  • Record and report any damages or maintenance issues to ensure timely repair.
  • Support the wider team during periods of absence, sickness, or annual leave as required.
  • Undertake any additional duties needed to support the operational needs of the business.


What skills & qualifications you will need:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities, or similar roles
  • Understand the importance of hygiene, safety, and confidentiality
  • Work efficiently and maintains high standards at all times
  • Highly organised, dependable, and able to manage stock levels and accurate records
  • Show initiative and can respond flexibly to changing needs
  • Take responsibility for their work and communicates clearly
  • A supportive team player who is willing to help where needed
  • Hold a full UK Driving licence
