Job Description

Hours: 40 hours per week (variable shifts including early starts and late finishes, plus 2 Saturdays per month)

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role requires travel between various sites to deliver high-quality cleaning services and train other operatives to company standards.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven cleaning experience, particularly in carpet cleaning and deep cleaning of hard floors
  • Confident ability to train and demonstrate correct cleaning standards to other operatives
  • Flexibility to work varying shift patterns including early mornings, late evenings, and two Saturdays monthly
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform specialist cleaning tasks including carpet and hard floor deep cleaning across multiple locations
  • Train and mentor cleaning operatives in proper techniques and company standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent cleaning services
  • Maintain equipment and ensure safe working practices at all times
