Job Description

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rhondda Cynon Taf to assist with the appointment of a MOBILE CLEANER, on a 2.5-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £13.45 - £17.62 per hour

An opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Cleaner to support cleaning operations across various sites, including schools and public buildings. The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene while working flexibly across different locations.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitise toilets, kitchens, offices, corridors, and communal areas
• Hoover, mop floors, and maintain general cleanliness across buildings
• Empty waste bins and maintain hygiene standards
• Carry out cleaning in schools including classrooms, staff rooms, halls, and changing areas
• Use cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers where required
• Undertake occasional deep cleaning tasks, including specialist cleans

Essentials:

• Full, clean driving licence
• Ability to work flexible hours (split shifts: early mornings and late afternoons)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to cover staff absence (sickness/leave)
• Ability to carry out physical cleaning duties
• Ability to lift/move cleaning equipment and materials

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
• This role requires an Basic DBS
