Job Description

We are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Supervisor to cover key customer contracts across Norfolk, Suffolk & Essex

This role is a 20 hour contract, must be able to work flexibly, overtime available.

Pay rate £12.50 per hour

A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
• Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes
• Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
• Represent the business and meet client representatives on sites

What are we looking for?

• UK Manual Driving Licence
• Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
