How you’ll make an impact:
• Provide cover across 7 sites within Chatteris & Ely (CB4 & CB6), managing the full catering operation
• Lead, motivate, and support kitchen teams to deliver excellent service
• Plan, prepare, and oversee the delivery of meals in line with company standards
• Manage stock, ordering, and budgets to meet operational requirements
• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 35 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only
Salary: £15.28 Per Hour | £23,852.08 Per Annum

• Proven experience in a Chef Manager or senior catering role
• Flexibility to travel and adapt quickly to different sites and teams
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Sound knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to hit the ground running
