Job Description

1. Telephone System and Network Equipment Management and Maintenance: - Install, configure, and maintain telephone systems, routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment. - Regularly inspect and update the firmware and software of network devices to ensure their security and stability. 2. Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting: - Use network monitoring tools (such as Zabbix, AirWave) to monitor network performance, promptly identify and resolve network issues. - Analyze network traffic, identify potential network bottlenecks and security threats, and take appropriate measures. 3. Network Security Management: - Implement and maintain network security policies to ensure the security of the company’s network. - Configure and manage firewall rules to prevent unauthorized access and attacks. 4. Technical Support and User Training: - Provide network technical support to internal staff, resolving issues encountered during network usage. - Train employees on basic network knowledge and operational skills to improve their network usage efficiency. 5. Documentation Writing and Maintenance: - Write and maintain network configuration documents, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides to ensure the completeness and accuracy of technical documentation. - Regularly update network topology diagrams to reflect changes in network structure. 6. Cabling Planning and Management: - Assist in communicating, planning, designing, requesting quotations, and coordinating with vendors for on-site construction with the requesting departments.
