Job Description

1. SMT Production Process Design and Optimization:

• Design and optimize SMT production line processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor the production process, identify and resolve potential technical issues.

1. Production Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze production data, and propose improvement suggestions.
• Prepare production reports to update superiors on production status and improvement measures.

1. New Product Introduction and Pilot Production:

• Participate in the introduction and pilot production of new products to ensure smooth transition to mass production.
• Collaborate with the R&D department to resolve technical issues during new product pilot production.

1. Quality Control and Improvement:

• Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Analyze quality issues and propose and implement improvement measures.

1. Employee Training and Guidance:

• Train production line operators to ensure they master correct operating procedures and skills.
• Guide new engineers to help them quickly adapt to their work.
