1. SMT Production Line Maintenance and Management:
- Maintain SMT equipment to ensure its proper operation.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, and troubleshoot malfunctions.

- Analyze production data and propose improvement suggestions to enhance production efficiency.
- Adjust process flows according to production requirements to ensure product quality.
2. Technical Support and Problem Solving:
- Provide technical support and assist the production team in resolving technical issues during the production process.
- Conduct problem analysis and propose effective solutions.
3. Training and Guidance:
- Conduct on-site training to improve the skills and knowledge of operators.
- Guide new employees to ensure they can proficiently operate SMT equipment.
4. Quality Control:
- Conduct quality inspections according to company standards to ensure products meet specification requirements.
- Participate in the analysis and improvement of quality issues to increase product pass rates.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
- Participate in technical discussions and provide professional advice to improve production processes.
