1. Service Material Management and Dispatch:
- According to repair and return requirements, assist in planning and dispatching service spare parts and components to ensure reasonable inventory levels and timely support for customer service.
- Analyze and execute improvements for reasonable inventory KPI.
- Promote quarterly customs scrapping operations and report preparation.
2. Service Efficiency Improvement Plan Execution:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing Turn Around Time (TAT) data as instructed by supervisors, and participate in improvement analysis and plan execution to enhance service efficiency.
3. After-sales Support for Discontinued Products:
- Assist in maintaining material data and operating procedures for discontinued products, as well as EOL operation control, to ensure customer OOW (Out of Warranty) service needs are met.
4. Production Scheduling and Testing Coordination:
- Develop production schedules and track progress, making real-time adjustments and improvements for abnormal situations.
- Coordinate with production and testing units to arrange production and testing schedules for returned products, ensuring smooth processes.
- Promote ERP/SFCS work order operations (creation/material picking/material return/closure) according to schedule planning, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of material flow records in the ERP system.
- Control work order creation and closure processes, monitor work order progress and material return progress, and provide analysis/improvement reports.
- Create production material orders (PR) and conduct material demand analysis, assisting in planning material preparation strategies to reduce the risk of shortages.
5. Departmental Daily Operations Execution:
- Handle routine material in/out, inventory checks, and related documentation according to standard operating procedures, and assist in resolving daily operational issues.
6. Cross-departmental Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with repair, warehouse, procurement, and other related departments to ensure accurate information flow and improve service quality.
7. Team Professional Knowledge Learning and Sharing:
- Actively participate in internal training, learn supply chain and service-related knowledge, and assist the team in achieving goals.
