1. Team Management and Coordination:
- Manage and guide the daily work of the ATP product engineering team to ensure smooth execution of work plans.
- Coordinate tasks with other departments to ensure production targets are met.
2. Technical Support and Problem Solving:
- Assist team members in resolving daily technical and operational issues, providing technical support.
- Handle technical problems in atypical or unexpected situations according to policies and procedures, offering solutions.
3. Work Planning and Execution:
- Develop team work plans, assign tasks, and ensure production progress and quality.
- Monitor work progress and adjust plans promptly to respond to changes.
4. Team Training and Development:
- Conduct daily work training for the team to improve members’ skills and work quality.
- Evaluate team members’ performance, provide feedback and guidance, and promote their professional development.
5. Production Process Optimization:
- Analyze production processes, propose improvement suggestions, and enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineering teams to drive technological innovation and process optimization.
6. Personnel Management:
- Responsible for attendance management and preliminary performance review of team members, ensuring compliance in personnel management.
- Establish and maintain a positive team atmosphere to enhance team cohesion.
