1. New Product Coordination:
- Coordinate various activities in the manufacturing process according to the company's standard operating procedures to ensure smooth execution of the production plan.
- Communicate with the BU and internal teams to exchange necessary information and ensure mutual understanding of issues.
2. Problem Solving:
- Resolve routine issues in daily manufacturing processes to ensure continuity and efficiency of production flow.
- Analyze diverse information, propose optimal solutions, and continuously learn for improvement.
3. Data Management and Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data from the manufacturing process, providing reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor production progress to ensure timely product delivery.
4. Inventory Control:
- Develop work order material plans and track the handling of leftover materials from pilot runs.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in improvement plans for existing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of new products.
- Learn and apply new technologies and methods to improve work output quality.
