1. 1. Production Process Design and Optimization:
- Design and optimize existing production processes to ensure production efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement suggestions.
2. Production Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to the production line and resolve technical issues during the production process.
- Assist the production line with equipment debugging and maintenance to ensure normal operation of production equipment.
3. Quality Control and Improvement:
- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet company and customer quality standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify root causes of issues and propose corrective actions.
4. Project Management:
- Manage production technology projects, coordinate resources and schedules, and ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Documentation and Training:
- Write production process and operation manuals to ensure standardization and traceability of production processes.
- Train production line staff to enhance their technical skills and operational proficiency.
