1. Import and Export Customs Declaration:
- Prepare and submit customs declaration documents for import and export goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Handle relevant documents such as import/export permits and inspection and quarantine certificates.
2. Customs Regulations Compliance:
- Understand and comply with the latest customs regulations and policies to ensure the legality of company goods.
- Communicate with customs officials to resolve issues during the customs declaration process.
3. Logistics Coordination:
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics companies to arrange the transportation and delivery of goods.
- Monitor the transportation status of goods to ensure timely delivery.
4. Problem Solving:
- Handle unexpected issues in the import and export process, such as cargo detention or document errors.
- Analyze and improve customs declaration processes to enhance efficiency.
5. Data Management:
- Maintain the database of import and export goods to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare reports and provide statistical analysis of import and export goods.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work with supply chain management, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure smooth customs declaration processes.
- Provide professional advice to support company decision-making.
