1. 設施維護與管理：
- 定期檢查和維護公司內部的電力系統、空調系統、給排水系統等設施，確保其正常運行。
- 制定並執行設施維護計劃，預防設備故障，延長設備使用壽命。
2. 設施優化與改進：
- 分析現有設施的運行狀況，提出改進建議，提升設施運行效率和可靠性。
- 參與新設施的規劃與建設，確保設施設計符合公司需求與標準。
3. 安全與環保管理：
- 確保所有設施符合安全與環保標準，定期進行安全檢查與環保測試。
- 制定並執行應急預案，確保在突發情況下能夠迅速應對。
4. 跨部門合作：
- 與生產、研發等部門合作，提供設施技術支持，確保生產設備的穩定運行。
- 參與設施相關的專案討論與評估，提供技術建議與支持。
5. 文件與報告：
- 撰寫設施維護與管理的相關文件，確保所有操作有據可依。
- 定期提交設施運行報告，向上級匯報設施狀況與改進建議。
